Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Our products are supplied strictly for research use only and are handled in accordance with quality control and safety standards. For this reason, we do not restock or resell returned materials.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

- Clear photos of the product and shipping packaging
All claims are reviewed individually. If a verified issue is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion:

- Issue store credit toward a future purchase
Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
